:: EMBROIDERY DIGITIZING ::

Embroidery digitizing is the process in which a graphic or logo is converted into the language of a commercial embroidery machine. This process requires specific software and a trained digitizer. The digitizer receives the artwork then begins to interpret the design using various stitch types and thread colors. Once the digitizer has completed the programming of the design a sewout is produced on the sample embroidery machine. This is a single-head embroidery machine that is only used for producing sewouts.

After the sewout has been reviewed for accuracy and fidelity to the original artwork, the fabric is scanned into a computer. The resulting image is uploaded into order files. Our customer is notified when the order is ready to review and download.
